My Post-March Update

First of all, I wanted to extend my belated Happy Valentines greetings. I had a good one with those doing it in RP sessions. I am however, here today and wanting to inform you all that I have some rather unfortunate news and updates.


First off; the nanny or caretaker of my 2-year old nephew who worked for my sister from June 2022 has been 'let go', or resigned from my sister's place. It means by the times of between March 11 - 15 comes my schedule will be affected. So I am back to the HECTIC period of how I spent it back in 2021. Even in that same mentioned date, my brother-in-law will be returning to his job in a ship.


New Update: My brother-in-law is now leaving on the 25th, this Saturday. It looks like there will be a new adjustments to my schedules.


How bad it will affect my schedule? - The times I will be able to draw will be impossible. No chances to draw in the mornings, or afternoons anymore. My only time possible to draw is after dinner and dishwashing. So I urge those whose art I granted to please do not and STOP pushing me to draw, or ask for updates. I can only have more chances to draw in the weekends.


Will it affect my time to work? - I have major possibilities to render my art only when I am not needed by my sis. Afternoons and evenings. I can still even remain in contact via chat with my bro, buddy, my wife Rosie, and best friends.


What are my chances to draw? - the chances to draw via pencil, pen and paper are 50%. I might somehow have to get off my laptop and RP using my phone/tablet from now on. Deducting my chances to render also. But those are only going to depend on my choices. I will have to hang on to what I am still doing. Plus... progress on my The Good, the Bad & the Dark One fan fiction will still go on in the midst of all what I am drew by hand.


I will however want to ask from all that are reading this for your support. And most importantly, your PATIENCE I cannot rush art that I am working on. My old misfortune I endured in 2021 has returned. So effective on March I will not have any more 1-week breaks from drawing. But the only bright side to me being my toddler nephew's caretaker/babysitter is I get paid weekly.

Mid January 2023 Updates

Before I make a good statement and impression. I would like to greet all my friends and patrons a belated Happy New Year! I had a good vacation with family since my leave from drawing.


So here is something I want to announce. So exciting that my dA brother Major-Link is happy about it.


Arturetta Armstrong Eddy is now under a legal copyright protection.

- That is correct, everyone. Ever since the situation back in May 2022 about a certain Tuxedo Mask cosplayer 'Mikey186' resurfaced with him committing plagiarism by stealing my OC Arturetta Armstrong back in 2019. I had to do what it takes to make sure she is safe. I filled up a registration form to make a Copyright document. MariKirbDiddie and Major-Link told me about the situation. However... news of Mikey being kicked out from Twitter and DeviantART was a mere victory for me. And I thought my worries ended and my mind was at ease. Recently last week Willie spotted that Mikey had a backup account and he has resurfaced because the month of January is Arturetta's birth month.


I made a bold choice to continue work on the Copyright as soon as possible. I was able to process it with the agency this week. Thus... we have the Certificate completed on the 18th of January. The PDF file is in my and Justin's possession. I however follow the agency's policy of NOT showing it online in a form of a screencap, or sta.sh . It is to avoid falsification or tampering of the certificate.


To be frank...

Arturetta Armstrong Eddy is now under copyright protection issued by the IPOPHL (Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines) and BCRR (Bureau of Copyright and Related Rights). Registration and deposit is made for the sole purpose of completing the records of NLP in accordance with Section 191 of RA# 8293. The Intellectual Property code of the Philippines.


So for those who drew her in fanart. It's imperative that me and my bro Major-Link are credited as owners. And as for deviants who I ask to draw her... may do the same.

Near End of 2022 Updates

It has been the month of September when I last wrote a journal about my Leg Slowly Healing. I would like to let everyone know that I am able to walk normally as usual and able to take care of myself. I now wear compression socks so I don't feel so much discomfort. I stay as motivated, brave, calm, and most importantly... Patient.


It is thanks to so many friends who are like my family. My bro Major-Link , dA buddy MarioSonicMoon , best friends Emeraldian-Kingdom and CreativeT01 and mostly to my dA wife wiredlittleprincess Because of them I moved on forward and they helped me strive with high spirits, courage and inspired me.


I had been busy in these past months. Yes... drawing, family matters and challenges. This is normally just another journal with an update. First off, I have a lot in my hands cuz December is close by.

However I want to give a shout out to some deviants whose Art Trades and Commissions I granted.


It is imperative that I ask you to PLEASE bare with me and have patience. I do not like being asked in Notes or in my profile comments on 'how your art is coming up?' or 'Did you draw my art yet?' etc etc. - I feel like I am being rushed, being given a deadline and being reminded or pushed to draw them as soon as possible. It has a bad effect like it can demotivate me.


Another shout out I will add are for all the random people and the way they put comments in my art like they just don't care.


PLEASE STOP IT WITH YOUR SUGGESTIONS AND ASKING ME TO DRAW SOMETHING FOR YOU LIKE IT IS A FORM OF REQUEST. What you ask of me are things that don't tickle my fancy, they are complicated assignments. I know that in many people's eyes that my drawing style is unique, appeals to you and looks amazing. But do not treat my art like it's FRUIT you can take from a tree and have it for free. My art style is something with worth and a price so you must pay for it in Commissions or an Art Trade, Paypal included. And yet Rules Apply.


Be mindful... on this day forward. Such comments relating to what I wrote above shall be deleted from every comment section. Deviations, Journals, Status and in my Profile.


Do not be upset with me, or be displeased on what I had to say. I am not a selfish man. I work hard. All I ask is for your patience and understanding. In my current age I often get confused or have an Artist's Block on thinking what I should draw next. I make my own decisions on what to work on. I am my own boss.

My Leg is slowly Healing

It has been 2 weeks since my misfortunate accident when I wrote a journal about it last month; August 23. I would like to inform those who are reading this that my leg is showing signs of healing. Indeed it is good news. But the bad news is the pain at my lower leg muscles are still achy. The side of it still stings and I had to be very careful when moving, sitting, laying in bed and walking.


Last week however, on the 27th there had been signs of discoloration or the skin turning purple. My sister, a nurse had told me it's okay. I even bought compression socks so I could wear it inside my cast. And kept it immobile for the past 8 days.


Knowing that these kinds of things will not stop me from doing what I love the most... and that is Drawing. I am thankful for all the comments from so many supporters. And I am able to regain my motivation. Thanks to Major-Link , Emeraldian-Kingdom , CreativeT01 , MarioSonicMoon and wiredlittleprincess They were the special people I roleplay and chat with here able to help cheer me up, lift my spirits and encouraged me.


And many thanks to all who commented on my last journal that sent me words of encouragements.

I had an ACCIDENT!

Just today I had a really bad accident when my sister suddenly called me to retrieve something my nephew threw out the window. It was raining and the terrain were wet. When I found the remote with the nanny we were going on our way back to the pad when I slipped on soaking wet grass on a diagonal ground in the garden area which grazed my elbow and I sprained my right ankle. And I laid on a wet driveway.


I am feeling excruciating pain as my entire right leg is aching physically, ankle had swollen and I cannot walk quick and I lost all my agility. So for my sake... no drawing until I recover from this. Luckily my sister nurse was summoned by my companion and guards had me back to my pad on a wheel chair.


So in case many out there are asking. No... I am not okay. I feel terrible and my right leg is killing me. I am walking by one leg and might need a crutch. It will take some time for my right leg to recover. As well as my will to draw again.


In order to recover or treat myself. I am at home, and still able to operate my laptop just fine, watch Netflix, play NSwitch and Genshin Impact. I still can render what I had scanned in the past few days so I have work.


Many thanks to many for your continued, support, love, patronage and kindness.


UPDATE: Today my sister took me to the hospital for observation and an X-Ray reveals the following results on my right ankle.

- No evidence of fracture or dislocation

- No bone or joint pathology noted

- No abnormal soft tissue calcifications seen

So it appears the reason I had a hard time walking or standing could be the muscle stress, or ligaments pulled. My right leg is molded in cast. And the doctor gave me the 'R.I.C.E' advice.

Rest... Ice... Compress... Elevate my leg.
